    Lelit PL41TEMD - Custom handles

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi all,

I recently made up a few custom handles for my lelit. I also made up a custom sized tamp to fit the baskets abit better.

Let me know what you think!

I think they're awesome! Nice work. The blonde timber won't be to everyone's taste, but if it suits your kitchen then I say it's perfect.

Thanks! I chose it because it's huon pine - completely water proof, no need to oil or lacquer.

I'm sure if you ever feel the need you can always just slap some wood stain on 😉

Looks good. From experience though, if you put on a few coats of Danish oil it gives the timber a nice subtle sheen and accentuates the timber grain.
