    Sunbeam em7000 fault

Hi all first post, looking for advice on my em7000. Brought my machine back from Tassie and unfortunately the thermal block pipe snapped in the move. Ordered a new one from aus, fitted fired up brilliant. Started testing all good until tested hot water, dumb *** me hadn't tightened up the nut properly. Switched off tightened. Powered on the panel lights, it beeps but weak and all lights stay on with no gauge movement. Any reset procedure or pointers would be well appreciated. Txs in advance 👍

So did water leak everywhere inside the machine or what? Why do you think it stopped working?

Not as much as when I discovered the broken pipe, tablespoon at most.

So you noticed the loose nut, turned the machine off, tightened nut, turned machine on and it's pretty much unresponsive?
