    Nemox Dell Opera-Cracked Grouphead Shroud

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi All,
This morning much to my dismay, I cracked my grouphead shroud while pouring my 1st coffee. Can anyone please tell me if this is my doing or just wear & tear?
    Thanks

Cant say Ive ever heard of that before sorry :( Fortunately theyre not real hard to replace (you need an 8mm socket thats ground down to get those 4 nuts out that hold it on). The hard parts probably getting a reply out of the importer! ::) If its under warranty that should cover it.

Thanks Greg. Its not under warranty, but I was able to source one & replace it. It seems very tight now to get the group head screwed in? I thought that I had it tight enough in & the pressure actually caused the group handle to undo. Is this right?
    thanks

You might need to either loosen the screws a little or add washers for each screw to ensure it isnt as tight a fit for the group handle.
