Is this a Pressurised or unpressurised filter??

    Hi Guys

So Ive got a Ikon, and Im after a Unpressurised filter.

After doing some reading here, I people said the Breville Bar Italia filter would fit. So I went and picked one up and double checked it was unpressuresed and they said yes, becuase it has a thin base and the pressurised one has a think base? *But it still only has one hole on the bottom? and i though the point was to have lots of holes? So can anyone tell me if this is right? *Here are some pics

    Thanks :)

thats Pressurised..... they lied or have NFI.......

    you could attempt a mod with a hacksaw / dremal / canopener / ?

a non pressurised will just be all holes on the bottom

Let me give you another option--I have a brand new filter basket for an Ikon out of which I have taken the bottom to turn it into unpressurised.

These modded baskets are finer holes than the Krups and work really well.

    Ill swap you. :)
