I am just about to address that very issue in a letter to Saeco Australia. I am on my second machine in less than two years and this new one has been in for repairs four times since January last year. The last repair - couldnt stop the steamer - came a year to the day since the identical issue was fixed. (I have the S-Class DeLuxe - an upgrade they made when my original machine was replaced).
I know there are lemons in any range. to get one lemon is back luck. When you get your second, you wonder about the whole range.
That said, once the machine is propertly set up, it makes really good coffee.
Ill be interested to see what Saeco says - and in any feedback or advice from CS members. I have asked the service manager to review my machines service record and get back to me - but not sure what to demand from them.
