    Steaming Wand

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hey

Im wondering if anyone know where i can find or how i can make the rubber protection (the thing that stops me getting burnt by the wand) like on the Silvia, there is the black rubber protection on the wand to move it around. It doesnt have to be rubber but i would prefer something like the rubber on the Silvia.

    Thanks

    Gday CK,
Most hardware shops have small diameter flexible hose. They might not have the exact same fitting as the Silvia, but youll find something to fit it, which will protect your fingers.
Another alternative, altough very un-attractive, would be to wrap some plastic cable ties around the wand and snip them leaving just the locking part, which would form a quasi handle.
    Hope this helps.

Maybe you could try an auto accessories shop and get some small diameter fuel, oil or air line. Not sure if it will go down to the diam of your steam wand but the tube if available will be nice and thick so will insulate well.

    Cheers,

    Matt
