Whoo hoo, got it 2 days ago (thanks again Di Bartoli - Ofra), and its confirmed Ive got really good distribution/tamping technique! So happy with the results that I just had to post my glee. One more variable confirmed as minimised (is there ever perfection in a CoffeeSnobs world? ;D)
Now, off to work on:
- temp surfing
- grind/pressure perfection
- volume/grind visual 0.02g variance (currently weigh the grinds in the PF)
- roasting (a long journey ahead I think, so many coffees, so many regions, so many roast profiles to discover)
Hmm. Will I ever get there? I wanna deserve the worthy title of barista one day!
