Coffee equipment retailers in central Melbourne?

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Ill be in Melbourne for the Queens Birthday long weekend in a couple of weeks and wondered if anybody could point me in the direction of any good equipment/accessory retailers in central Melbourne. There arent any specialist stores in Hobart so I was hoping to have a hands on look a variety of accessories such as grinders, tampers, jugs, baskets, cups (AFC, Rockingham etc).
Ill be relying on public transport and wont have a heap of time to head out into the suburbs so I was hoping that there might be a good store in the CBD or one of the inner suburbs (Nth Melb etc). Im concious that the answers might not include site sponsors and if that is contrary to policy I apologise and will withdraw the question.

For a start you could send an email to all Sponsors asking who in Melbourne will be open during the Long weekend.

Look at the bottom of the Sponsor list on the left of this page.

After a quick scan of the sponsors your options are:

Coffee-A-Roma - 20min tram ride or maybe quicker by train
Talk Coffee - 25min tram ride
    9Bar - 10min tram ride

Note its been 8 years since I lived in Melbourne so my memory could be a little hazy.

Sincerest apologies to any other suitable sponsors I missed.

Best bet over the long weekend to be open will be Di Bella in North Melbourne for espresso gear and the other bits you want to look at. There is a fair few other places that handle some of that gear and some pourover gear but Di Bella would be the pick of the sponsors and sure to be open.

Well be open on the Saturday morning tritto,

Youre most welcome if you feel like grabbing a tram or train and as always, shots are on the house.
