This morning after pulling two shots I switched my machine (Nemox Dell Opera) onto steam as I have for the past 10 or so years. I waited for the light to go out which signals that it's ready and up to temp. The light wouldn't go out, but I opened the valve anyway to blow it out as I normally do. It was extremely weak (not much pressure) but I started frothing as we had to get out the door. It got weaker and weaker until I at-least got the milk to about 150F. I then turned the machine off.

After we had our macchiato's I turned the machine back on. I could hear it heating up, yet when I just let water come through the group it wouldn't even reach the first mark on my thermometer of 120F.

What part would I need to replace? And where could I order from in the U.S.?
