Best descaler for Sunbeam EM7000
I have been descaling my EM7000 using white vinegar solution diluted as per instruction manual , I was wondering if this is the best product to use or should I be using something else ?
I have always thought of vinegar as a safe descaler until last week. The clean me light came on my Bes870 so I ran the program and then the vinegar flush. What was a perfectly operating machine will now only make steam, presumably a bit of gunk was detached by the vinegar and has narrowed a pipe. Machine has been returned to Harvey Norman for assessment to fix or replace under extended warranty. So is there something better or safer to descale with than vinegar?
There certainly is, I have always used Cafetto Restore https://www.coffeeparts.com.au/cafetto-restore-descaler I'm sure there are others just as good.
