Came across an interesting gizmo, a Turkish coffee superauto!

It doesn't exist for purchase yet and will be a kickstarter or Indiegogo project sometime soon but I would love to know more about what's happening inside.

Not sure how big a market there is for them here but I expect plenty of interest in the middle east if it works well.

Obviously, being Turkish, there is a Genie inside slaving over a hot stove and furiously making cup upon cup of Turkish coffee :-)

PS. Particularly nice is that the company is based in Sydney. Reading https://zouzoucoffee.com/about indicates he has the knowledge and experience to actually make something that works. I'll be following this keenly. But making Turkish coffee with an Ibrik is itself the fun and I would never swap that for a machine.

Yeah, I agree. The raw process of Cezve/Ibrik coffee certainly has appeal and the art of manually producing something is part of the joy.

This just inspired me to dust off my ibrik and make a Turkish. I had forgotten how much of a caffeine / sugar hit it has. Wow...
