My Home Coffee Cart (by request)

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
A CSer requested me to post a pic of my home coffee cart:

On top: Vibiemme Domobar Super lever. The monster to the right is a Mazzer Kony. it shows just how big the Kony is as it makes the VBM look somewhat petite. But what a pair! The coffee is amazing. The pull to the left is two full ounces of crema! Yummmyyy!

The cart was from J.C. Penny. In the large knock-down carton it weighed 153 pounds (about *70 Kg.)! Left cabinet holds odds and ends, cleaning supplies, towels, and a 3 gallon water jug (not plumbed). The right cabinet has glassware on the top shelf and about 25 pounds of green coffee on the bottom.

Clock on wall is just a second hand for timing (custom graphic), and the bag is Josuma Coffee Company Monsooned Malabar (long story).

Thanks Randy! You had me intrigued in another post.

Do you roll it into the kitchen every morning, or do you know all the tricks for keeping coffee grounds out of your carpet?

I was thinking maybe flames and under-carriage lighting and a subwoofer to shake the floor.

It actually stays right where it is. The machine and grinder weigh about 50 Kg together, and the cart is around 60 Kg, so all together with the load in the drawers and cabinets weighs over 140 Kg I guess. My long term plan is to put hardwood on that area of the floor, take the wheels off, and convert it to a semi-wet bar with a faucet to be able to more easily fill the reservoir and maybe even plump the drip tray. My current involvement in music is making those sorts of projects tough... That and the trashed economy our idiot president caused... :-[
