My Diadema Regal 1.3 and Macap M4 Grinder setup Finally!!!

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Hi guys thought id post my lovely machine that i purchased from Attilio at Cosmorex Coffee, very happy with this machine is everything I wanted, still teething with the grinder setting takes some getting used to but the coffee is awesome, and i have started to roast my own with the Iroast 2 machine very worthwhile investment, anyone looking for a great looking and great coffee making setup look no further this is very competent for home needs (my opinion only! :)). Thanks Attilio for everything and for th ongoing support. regards Wayne. *:D

wow... *looks like a great set up!

Out of curosity I have a "diadema junior plus" (labelled arte di vittoria) which is manufactured by a group called B.F.C.

Is the regal manufactured by the same group?

    Regards

    Whit woo!

Although you do realise that youll need to get a bigger knock tube now - with fresh beautiful coffees on tap with such a great setup, youll fill that knockbox every hour!

    ;)

The Sunbeam bang bang does a good job.

I have a Grindenstein which is a bit too small. Rather than purchase a new knockbox, Im thinking of cutting off the bottom of the G and extending by means of a piece of conduit or similar and glueing the bottom back on .

Then again, it just means I have to make more trips to the recycle bin/garden than I did a few weeks ago

    Agreed, we have one.

Unfortunately though it appears to have been discontinued -

And from shawtys comment there are very few in the shops.

Do a Google AU search for Sunbeam Bang Bang and there are a few onlne retailers that sell them.

And Id have to agree with Wayne, Attilio / FreshCoffee is good to deal with.

    Superb Combo there megs..... 8-)

But then, I am very biased towards these excellent machines and grinders. Im sure you will have the dose and grind setting sorted pretty quickly and be pouring one excellent espresso shot after another. Congratulations mate.... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Ive got a Compact Designs Knock Tube and its the bomb! Fits about 20-25 pucks in there easily and only have to empty out about once per week.

    I thoroughly recommend it.
