    Upgrade time - Sunbeam 6910 to ?

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi all,
It is time for me to upgrade and help is needed, I have read lots of similar posts and have figured I probably need an HX machine. My budget for both grinder and machine is idealy no more than $3k. I have sort of narrowed it down to Isomac Tea ,Expobar Leva or Diadema Junior Regal *so I am interested in thoughts/additions and all suggestions.
As for the grinder I am not sure on, maybe a K3 Touch?

I am in Brisbane and would like to be able to have a look at some of these machines if possible. Apart from that I will be in Melbourne for a few hours early in October (at this stage either Moday 5th or Tue 6th)

    Thanks for reading

    Steve

    Gday Steve..... :)

Its probably not what you want to hear but all of the machines in your list, and many others not there, are more than able to consistently produce excellent espresso/milk texturing if you do your part, use great freshly roasted beans and a decent grinder such as the one you mention.

Best thing really is to get along to a reputable specialist retailer (such as our Site Sponsors) and setup a hands on demo with the machines that interest you. No other way really. Of course, Im biased ::) but I reckon the Diadema Junior Regal is a couple of steps above the other two for all sorts of reasons but that doesnt mean its the right machine for you. Heres my review of its bigger brother..... http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?num=1163234999/27#25
Plenty of other great machines in that thread too.... 8-)

    Cheers,
    Mal.
