    A big fat welcome to............Me!

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Well I went to see Chris at Talk coffee today and addopted some new babies.

I I thought I would welcome me to this level of machines and share the good news.
I took a little time to dial in the K3 but the first official shot from the MinoreIII was not too bad and the milk texture was ok too for the first attempt.
So over the next few days I will be head down learning to love my new babies (and working overtime to pay for it all).
So happy I just had to share.
Oh well now I have to go off to work but it is a good night shift cause it is only 11hrs long due to daylight savings.

Whit woo, Crispie - well done!

Hope your night shift wasnt too bad - you should have taken the newly adopted pair along and spent the night practising!

Greg: hopefully your tamper is a bit different, though!!! ;)

    Cheers

I dont think carting 30kg of espresso machine in my work bag moving it from location to location would be easy and considering I work in a coal mine she migt a little dirty and mis treated by all those nasty miners.

She (does not have a name yet. Open to sugestions) is not the most beautiful girl but it is what is in her heart that matters (and was a great price)
I will love and care for her and she will do the same for me.

Well Ive been investergating names and looked up what Minore ment so I could find a name to match. Minore means little, small, minor etc. So It seems Nina may be the top contender at this stage.

I called my Expobar Elena (The bright one).

I was looking for a non-biblical Spanish name (seeing as my new mistress is a hot Spaniard).

My Diadema Junior Extra was christened "DeLorean" by my youngest son [smiley=laugh.gif]... Has a nice ring to it and both are made from s/steel but it kind of gives one the expectation that the side panels should open in the same fashion as the DeLoreans doors ::)

The name hasnt quite stuck yet... ;)
