Older build VBM v current build

Interesting. I have never seen one in that configuration before *:-/. Was it an Aussie import? Looks like a hybrid piccolo/domobar junior??

Is it a 1.5 or 2L boiler Jager pressurestat version?

I have only seen one before in a photo online. I am not sure the history as I bought it off Craig. It does look very similar to my old piccolo.

I asked Craig a million and one questions before I bought it but I never opened it to inspect. The boiler is apparently a bit over the two litre mark and the original pressurestats were supposable problematic and he didnt want his name attached to a faulty product hence he upgraded it.

Maybe he can shed more light on it?

mine is the same. has original sticker marking VBM domobar super behind where the driptray sits. my boiler is a little over 2l based on dimensions. 1800w element. These were from crivelli. excellent machine, looks well made inside. plumbed in version (which mine is) also has a very small size, which I highly value.

    Thanks for the info frabel.

Mine has a large crivelli logo on the back although this one has a reservoir so not plumbed in. It is a nice coffee machine but I just dont have the room :-[

I have to disagree with many comments in that link Chris, having one in front of me, it doesnt match the description you give.

are you sure you are talking about the same machine?
