Giotto Premium Plus - Problem or imagination?

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I have a Giotto Premium Plus and have noticed a couple of things happening which I havent noticed before. So I am not sure whether these are a new problem or are normal and have probably always been there (and therefore figments of my imagination :o):

    1. When the thermostat kicks in every couple of minutes to heat the boiler, I can hear some boiling bubbling noise in the boiler. Sounds stupid right, but I have never really noticed it before. Not really loud, but clearly audible. Is this normal?

    2. The steam that comes from the steam wand is strong as usual. If I do a quick purge, I get s quick spit of water followed by steam. When turning the tap off, steam stops almost immediately. However, if I run the steam for about 10 seconds, when I turn off the tap, I can hear a hiss for few more seconds and there is some small amount of dripping from the steam wand tip.

Otherwise, all coffee making seems pretty fine. So are these normal things I have just noticed or is there a minor problem around that needs attention?

What steam there is remaining in the wand will condense and then may drip briefly.

If there is an issue, the wand tip would always be hot and the drip would never stop.

    Cheers
