The drip tray on my machine is falling apart at the welds. The mesh screen has nearly completely separated from the frame. Is it possible to get replacements, and if so how much? Or should I just take it to a shop to get spot welded again?

You could try a 2 part metal/epoxy thing like JB weld?

    Cheers

Id definitely find a metal fabrication place and have it re-welded, much stronger and cleaner looking that a metal epoxy or something of that nature.

    Ditto..... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

For a properly setup metal fab-shop, it would only be a one hour job tops and most of that would be setup time. Fixed properly, youll never have to worry about it again.... 8-)

I had a problem with mine not being welded properly from new. I got a replacement sent over and while it was welded properly it had noticeable blue heat rings around each spot weld. I chose to keep the original and glue the grille back in place rather than have the blue heat marks.

These can be easily polished off... ;)
