    Elektra micro casa cleaning

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I noticed that the dispersion filter in my Elektra Mc gets coffee in it. Should I be cleaning this filter after each pour? If so, how is it removed - its jammed in pretty tight with a rubber seal.

    Cheers,
    Andrew

From memory the dispersion / shower screen is press fit on and held in place by the group seal. There should be no need to remove it, on my Pavoni and other lever groups I just flush a bit of water out after brewing then give it a wipe with a damp cloth. When you next service the piston seals you might find a bit of scum on top of it where you cant clean, but the flushing will take care of the rest.
