VBM Domobar Super - steam wand drip / rubber seal

My VBM Domobar Super has developed a slight leak just where the steam wand attaches to the machine. It's just above the rotating part of the arm. Is there a rubber seal there that just needs replacing?

Also, after about a week of use, the steam wand arm tends to self tighten to the point it no longer rotates. I have to fix this each week by counter rotating the wand 360 degrees and then it's good for another week or so. Is this due to the rubber seal above?

Hi, get onto the coffeeparts site [CS sponsor]. They have exploded diagrams and you should be able to diagnose which seal is required otherwise give Pedro a call or shoot him an email.
