Went for 'General Coffee Related' due to not seeing a 'Service/Repair' category

I was looking at the live Chat and hoping for feedback there - probably not the best option either, as it turned out.

I'm sure others will chime in with recommendations.

Antony at Casa Espresso springs to mind, carries the Bezzera range, and is very professional in the way he goes about things.

I've bought minor parts from him for my machine, excellent service.
