Rancilio Silvia V3 with Auber PID and Rancilio Rocky doser grinder - SA

After upgrading I am now moving on my V3 Silvia with an Auber PID and a matching Rocky doser grinder.

Both were purchased from Coffee-a-Roma in September in 2012.

The boiler element was replaced under warranty in August 2013. There was a dodgy batch of elements in a number of V3s around this time.

The shower screen has been updated with a countersunk bolt rather than the original which tends to dmage the coffee puck.

An Auber PID supplied by Jet Black Espresso was installed in 2013 to remove the need to temperature surf.

The Rocky grinder is still running original burrs but the haven't done a lot of work. The whole setup probably produced 2 coffees a day on average over the time I have had it.

The Silvia was last serviced by espressotech here in Adelaide in 2016. Tech said no sign of scale or rust anywhere (I've included a picture of the area below the drip tray that usually is where rust forms). Group head surround was replaced as it had a few marks on it from careless bangs with the portafilter.

Pura-tap filtered water and in tank fridge type water filter have always been used from day one. I have always captured most of the water from steam purging or group head cleaning in a tupperware container so the drip tray has very seldom held any water for any period of time

    Regularly chemical backflushed.

Includes 2 single filter baskets which are basically unused and 2 double filter baskets. One is 14g I think and the other is 18g. Original Rancilio double spout portafilter and a nice heavy Rancilio tamper.

The Rocky has recently been modded with some plastic hosing to be stepless, but it completely removable and reversable. I am also including a Click Clack lid that fits the bean hopper snugly. This helps keep the beans fresh and can be used to flush old grinds from the chute via air pressure.

I'm asking $800 for the whole package. It's been well looked after and will make a fantastic kit for someone wanting to upgrade from an breville/sunbeam. I'd prefer local pick up in Adelaide SA, but may be able to send elsewhere at the buyers cost and risk. I'd have to find a box to package it all in as I don't have the originals. I'm not interested in separating the package at this time.

Apologies for the sideways pictures, tried a few times to get them right way up but the site always seems to put them sideways
