WTB: Single group E61 Heat Exchanger machine

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy a second hand coffee machine as the title suggests. Happy to look at anything that fits the description. Have been monitoring this forum and Gumtree etc for a while and just thought if someone was coming down with a case of upgradeitis I could help you out. Looking to spend around the $1000 mark, but open to negotiation if this money is off the mark. I'm based in Byron Bay so anything up to Brisbane would be ideal so I can collect. Thanks heaps.

I've got an Expobar Office Leva, fully plumbable, or to be run off tank, with wooden handles modifications, if that is of interest. But I am in Sydney.

Thanks mackerman, sounds great, unfortunately a bit far. Don't really want to pay freight as I guess it would be pretty high. Out of interest, what's your thoughts on it? There is one for sale up here that I might have a closer look at.

Hi BangalowBarista, it was a great machine, classic E61 HX single boiler, with a rotary pump, and plumbed, so perfect for learning the ropes on. It did a great shot, and steamed well if that is your thing. I upgraded to a GS/3 and hence no longer need it. Cheers.

Freight sometimes is not too bad. Check out the cost on packandsend. I actually bought this in Melbourne and took it to Sydney on a qantas flight. It is just under 20kg.
