    Hi CSers,
trying my luck here if any of you would like to part with any of those machines stated in the title.
Looking to spend around the $8-9k mark and Melbourne based is preferable.
Thhanks in advance *fingers and toes crossed*

Realistically- $8-9k for either of these is probably short of the mark. Perhaps an early Slayer, but you'd need to be careful as there were pump failures, display failures and other just failures. Some possessed ones were replaced. If I was buying a Slayer, it'd be a new one... Get a warranty.

KVDW come up so rarely that you might be better to go searching for needles in haystacks. A new Speedster is $16.5k so I doubt you'll find anything other than a clapped out renovators opportunity at 50% of new. With owners investing so much cash to purchase one, I'd doubt that there are any clapped out ones.

Good luck. I'd suspect you're gonna need it- or an unplanned bankruptcy for a Speedster owner down on luck.

    Hi.

I have a non-clapped out Speedster which I would be willing to part with. It has been serviced by Rick the CoffeeMachinist last week and so is in very good working order. I'm in Macleod 3085 if you would like to visit and inspect.

    Cheers

    Hi Steve,

    As requested, some photos attached.

I think the machine number indicates build in Feb 2012. I've had the machine for about half of that time. It's been regularly serviced by Rick the Coffeemachinist. Most recent service was two weeks ago and included replacement of the boiler fill control board and relay, service of the group and steam valve and anti-vac rebuild.

As for upgrades; it comes with two fancy wooden handled bottomless portafilters with VST 20 and 22 gram baskets and IMS E61 200 IM screen.

    Cheers

If someone wants to sell their own machine it's polite to start your own thread rather than piggybacking on another's ad.

    Thanks Java.

I was simply responding to the OP request for a Speedster.
