Anyone care to compare notes on the following two BROWN beans:
I have now tried several of the Brown bean varieties on offer and I am trying to identify for myself some of the characteristics of these beans.
The WOW is the most intense and sweetest bean I have tried to date. It strikes me as having a lot of depth and a flavour that lingers on the palate.
The CEJA by comparison, is neither as sweet, nor as intense and perhaps a bit more acid. I did not identify sweetness but thought it had a a nicely balanced flavour and maybe a trace of creaminess to the texture.
I would be interested to hear if anyone else agrees with this assessment (I am an amateur in this regard)
