Ferment Characters in Coffee???
Ive been noticing a sour/lactic character in a few coffees of late. Having checked that the milk hadnt, in fact, turned to yoghurt I started doing a bit of research. I found a few comment re: wet processed coffee and isses with fermentation leading to lactic/sour characters - has anyone had similar experiences?

Of course - all the time.
Indos with their predominantly wet-hulled processing methods are a classic. Sometimes this can be truly funky in a blend.
Check your machine - low brew/extraction temps lead to sourness.
