When i first roasted this stuff, i carried out my usual.....taste within a couple of hours then everyday after........finished by day 8.
I had bought 3kg of it and was very unimpressed, then i saw a thread saying leave it for a least 10 days, so i roasted to first snaps of second crack, left it for 10 days, tasted......still unimpressed, forgot about it, tried at day 15...........WOW, beautiful! it was good till day 20! Great bean, one of my favorites!
Its not everyones cup of tea(pun intended)with a slightly earthy choc caramel if left long enough, it smells like old socks and undies unroasted, and burnt socks till day 8 ish.....then it releases its beauty!
