Amazing coffee this one. Stone fruit flavours abound with very good acidity and some sweetness. As a straight espresso it stands on its own. Medium bodied, plenty of stone fruit flavour, think peach, nectarine, etc.
Works well in milk, definitely cuts through it, however seems wasted in there.

how dark did you roast it?
Not very dark. I roasted it in the Gene Cafe. Pulled approx 1m45s after first crack 14.6% loss in weight.
