    Indonesian for blending

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi all,

I normally use Java Banyuwangi (spelling?) as a blender for good body and a little spice. Sadly not available at the moment in BeanBay. I'm wondering if either the Gunung Bandahara or Sulawesi Blue would be good substitutes please?

    Thank you,
    T

The Sulawesi Blue is one of the best Indo's I've ever tried and would recommend it without hesitation...

Both would work and both are excellent beans.

I use a lot of the Sula Blue in some of our commercial blends and the spicy, choc goodness is always a winner!

Yes, I use both those Indos in my blend and love what they add to the mix.
