The classes are part of a food and drink revamp aboard the liners Pacific Dawn and Pacific Sun.
It sounds like the sort of revamp they sorely need.

    Cruising for a good coffee

I was just reading the travel section in The Sydney Morning Herald (online) for ideas for my holiday next January and came across this article...

    "Journey for great coffee

P&O Cruises Australia is turning coffee consumption into an art form. The company has just spent six months training coffee ambassadors to conduct shipboard appreciation classes.

Training was conducted by Sydney barista Ryan Spinoglio, who says the ambassadors will demonstrate "the skills required to craft the perfect espresso".

He says it is easy to make coffee "but it takes passion to master the technique of creating great coffee".

The classes are part of a food and drink revamp aboard the liners Pacific Dawn and Pacific Sun.."

Ive never been on a cruise, but this may sway me to the idea.
Working...
