That one coffee

We all make a cup/s of coffee daily,
most of us would agree that the coffee we make is better than most,
which is why we DIY.
however every now and then we pull a shot that makes the mouth water ,
you know what I mean ,a stunner, looks, aroma, taste, aftertaste,
the wholle sensory package a sublime coffee..................
I made one this morning,damn it was sensational!
Just wanted to share.

Hear, hear...especially so when it follows many weeks of frustration trying to get it right.

The shot I made this morning at 7AM I could still taste a couple of hours later.
