I dunno YeeZa, looks pretty good to me.
Even got the slosh marks from moving it to take the picture.
You could ask Andy for tips on how to avoid that. He said he had a few sloshing incidents whilst doing the pics for the van.
Ok, so not the best looking shot Ive done, but not the worst.... I had to get something out haha..... tasted FANTASTIC though. A great blend.... I could drink this often. 8-)
Thanks Michelle, Dan, Marc, Greg, John, Lisa and any other snobs Ive missed out on, for taking the effort and dropping by yesterday, happy to hear you had a good time and were well entertained by Renzo!
I only wished I could have spent more time with each and every one of you, but with the store manager calling sick an hour before the party, someone had to put Scotties tools boys hat on...
Marc, try restricted shots from Di Terra, it brings lots of sweetness in the cup with updosing / finer grind scenario...
Dan, I promise you, not all is doomed...if Renzo hasnt granted an autograph, Id surely be honored to...
Ive posted few more comments to your Cafe Republic thread..its now available online!
As Di Terra received such warm welcome and your palate approval, wed love to share this experience with other css (ahhh..if only aroma could have transcend through the screen...), the first one to post a Di Terra shot picture (plenty of crema please.... ) will get another 500g posted to his / her house...
Yeah it was a great arvo hanging out at the Di Bartoli camp. Scottie was pulling latte out like hed done it once or twice before.
The new organic blend developed by HD was a hit also with the new name of "Di Terra Organic Blend" comprising of Sumatra Mandheling & Peru Fair Trade (mix roasts I think).
Looking forward to putting it through the grinder soon.
The home made portuguese tarts didnt last long either... yumm... glad I got in my fair share
I also picked up Scotties new book which you can see here:

Re: Christmas Party
Many, many thanks to Ofra and Renzo for your hospitality today!
Awesome shots from Scottie, delicious sweet treats, hilarious stories from Renzo ... and, as ever, it was great to catch up with a few snobs!
The beans smell like ... plants? grass? Ive never smelled roast beans like that before. Usually the smell of roast beans remind me of rendang http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rendang (I was really hungry when I first paid attention to the smell of roast beans.)
My shot had a hint of citrus in the aroma. Taste was quite balanced. But I have not decided what it tastes like beyond that. It is not what I would expect after having it with milk this afternoon (Scottie was there, so I felt I must get the art. )
