mexican chulita

I got to try some mexican chulita beans the other day , they are beaudiffulllllllll. Anyway Andy if you are not sure which beans you should choose this coming month you wont be dissapointed with these.

Can you please describe the mexican chulita that you recommend? I have a chance to get these beans but unsure as to what to expect. What roast level did you do? Tasting notes?

I enjoyed these beans very much, I guess to summarise the cupping of this bean.
It had a medium body , low acidity . Definite honey flavour with notes of vanilla and caramel . It has the characteristic sweetness of a central american coffee.
