Just made up some delicious cold coffee.
First the coffee was ground -Zimbabwe Pezuru Estate laced with some Sumatran Blue Lintong; pulled 60ml espresso; poured a cup or so of milk into a blender with a large scoop of creamy ice-cream +/- sugar to taste; added the espresso and buzzed for about 30 seconds. Poured into a glass that had been iced up in the freezer well beforehand; added another scoop of icecream. Delicious.
Maybe this is one reason why Ive put on 1 or 2 kg in this heat wave
Right now its 43.6C in the shade outside so far (on my weather station), and the hot northerly wind has just arrived - gusting every which way. It will probably get to be hotter this afternoon like its been for the past couple of weeks. Excellent excuse for some scrumptious iced coffee. (Thankfully no fires here.)
