                        Yep on the hottop, interesting roasting the MTE followed by the Yemen, both small ugly roasting chaff producing and inconsistant beans.

                        By the sounds of what I read on the Bin 35 the flavours are going to be chalk and cheese Now if I can only resist breaking open the bags for a week :

                          I personally felt the Bin35 tasted better after the 4th to 6th-ish day rather than a week+
