Hi All,
Long time reader, first time poster, so please be gentle.
I have recently taken on a love affair with coffee and how to roast, build and present a cup. To this end, i have bought myself an EM6910 which came with the coffee course and free burr grinder.
I have completed this course, but want to learn more. Ultimately I would like to go off and do some casual work in this industry so I am looking for an industry friendly/accepted course....which is where I need your help.
Googling "coffee course" has 1000s of hits. The most popular seem to be William Angliss, Home Barista Institute and Barista Basics.
Of these, does anybody have any experience, knowledge or otherwise if any one is good, bad, ugly or comparison at all?
I really appreciate your feedback on this.
Cheers
Melbuurn
