Ahoy there,

Im being very demanding this month, but Id love to see some more Peru GVE ... or another quality Peru origin ... or something that wed come to love just as much! We cant get enough of the beautifully balanced, super-sweet Peru GVE!

Not quite yet... Im just thinking ahead!

We bought 10kg a couple of months ago, but we tend to roast Peru at least weekly so were down below 5kg now. Its the best blend base weve tried yet. Anything with about 60% Peru plus something "bassy" like a deep roasted African or something Indonesian, along with something like Harar or a Central for fruit... thats my ideal milk blend atm.

Ill be in for a bag or 2 next time it comes up on beanbay, it was an easy popper roast, cant wait to see what the Gene can do with it.
