Hey all, I am after some feedback on a business idea I have been mulling over for a while now.
Basically I am considering opening a B&B/cafe with the point of difference being that all food served on site (vegetables and meat) was grown on site. I am thinking it should be within a 2 hour drive of a capital city (probably Melbourne) with anything that isnt grown onsite coming from local producers.
Esentially trying to promote a more sustainable way of looking at food.
Thoughts?
