Start here anywayhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_coffee_beverages
Not culturally sensitive. From the list of liqueur coffees:
Australian Coffee (Cask Wine/Goon)
Damned if I would add a dash of Coolibah or a splash from a goon of McWilliams Cream Sherry to my coffee. Mind you, Ive tasted a few brews that would be definitely improved by cask or goon wine - by anything, really .
This one caught my eye: Caffè corretto (that is an Italian beverage, consists of a shot of espresso "corrected" with a shot of liquor, usually grappa, brandy or sambuca.)

There is a Lions Club in a rural town (not named to protect the Innocent ) that serves Instunt with a shot of grappa at a model glider event I go to each year in June. One of those at 8am in the morning as the frost is crunching on the ground tastes fairly good in spite of the base beverage. Just dont add milk as it curdles
