Decided to order an Imax roaster. Sent an email to Vitali, asking about it and to find out how much is freight. Got a reply, asking where I lived (I was sure I mentioned it in the first email) Got another reply, quoting $18. Sent a reply, telling him I would like to order one, giving my name, address and phone number. No reply. After several more emails, I was ready to forget about it, but after I whinged here, I got encouraged to phone him. I did, he insisted that he has replied to each of my emails. I thought that was weird, as I never had a problem receiving private emails. Gave him another email address, in case he has a problem with the first one. Gave him my credit card number and repeated my address and phone number. The payment has gone through my credit card on the 1st, but still no machine. Since then, I had ordered and received a Pullman tamper, which had to be custom made! >
I emailed him yesterday, marking it urgent and requesting a receipt (so that he cant pretend not to have received it). The receipt has arrived yesterday, but no actual reply! Do you think I should stop the credit card payment? I could phone him again, but he would only tell me that either that he hasnt received my email, and/or the machine is in the mail and Id have wasted another long distance phone call.
