How often can you reuse them them, and are they better than airtight canisters at keeping beans fresh :

Hi Rusty, per previous posts, quite often if you line them with a glad bag or similar and yes, better than airtight containers because you can remove excess air and allow the beans to degas
Use them to line the zip-lock bags and then youll get a reasonable number of uses before the zips give out--and no need no wash out the stale coffee oils.

ps--the roasts you try from a good roaster will usually come in the one-way valve bags, thus obviating much of the need to buy them.
