Any opinions out there as to which roasted beans are better suited for milk based coffees vs espresso shots?
Im Currently roasting (to CSR 9-10), and my opinion on these are:
Ethiopian Yirgachaffe - espresso
Brazil original Bourbon - either
Kenya AA - either
Organic blend (specific origin unknown Africa/South America):either
To roast
Monsooned Malabar ?
Ethiopian Gambella - either?
Malawi?
