thanks for your help guys. I deleted all Snobs cookies, and reset their prefs. but this did not work. Then, following that line of reasoning, I deleted my user name and p/w in the browser prefs. That worked-great!
Good to hear that you got it working - enjoy your coffee, now you can order.

This definitely sounds like an issue with your cookie settings. Given that other CS members are successfully using Mac + FF, I would guess that you might need to modify your own cookie preferences.

Thanks your reply KK, I was logged in, I checked this immediately, but when I did log in, the first window told me that I was not so. Clicking on from this window I came to the usual home page with acknowledgement of my user-name i.e. logged in ok. Mystery?
It seems there have been changes on the site, and maybe it just doesnt like my venerable(not Intel Mac as previously. On the newer PC still ok.
Mike
Was your problem just with bean bay? I had a problem that I couldnt get into beanbay - it simply wouldnt recognise me as logged in - even though I was logged in on the main site. This was with Firefox on my intel mac. Fixed it by deleting all CoffeeSnobs cookies and logging in again. This was a couple of weeks ago - I havent had any further problems.

If you are trying to view Bean Bay or the purchase window/s you must be logged in
You can access the rest of the site while browsing but not the Bean Bay section
