Hi
Firstly, a big thank you to you all for creating such a vibrant active community.
Im having an issue with some fresh beans I just bought, in that since i have put them into my grinder they have caused the grinder to slow and sound like its choking... to the point where it does choke and stop completely.
I have tried changing the settings but that gives me poor shots. Could it be that the beans are too soft or too freshly ground? They were ground on the 6th Sept and today is the 9th.
My grinder is an old italian made grinder called... Macchina ..uh.. I cant remember... its on loan from a friend.. I will have to update later..
But any help would be good if im not too vague that is...
Cheers
