Anyone with an eye twitch?

Ive recently been getting an eye twitch, just on the one side.

Ive also increased my coffee intake to 3-4 / day over the past 6 months (although i know some of you have this much in your PJs).

I have a family friend who is an opthalmologist (eye doctor) who tells people with said symptom "to settle down on the caffeine" and "oh, thats $120 please"

Any other twitchers out there?

Thats brilliant, like a friend who also maintained lung cancer would never thrive in such a smokey environment....

I should learn not to let medicine get in the way of coffee.

Im fairly sure some of us will be laying on our death bed with a tulip shaped ACF cup between our hands.

Cant say my eye has twitched once, after all these years. (Listen to my dramatic tone; "BACK IN THE DAYS!")

Hi Brizett,
i get an eye twitch when i drink too much coffee. The reason i know it is coffee is because i only get it when i do a cupping session or intense tasting session and dont spit. 2-3 cups a day dont tend to cause it. Another symptom i get which always accompanies the twitch is popping ears, so every time i talk after one of these sessions my ears are popping/struggling to equalize. Wierd and frustrating :-/
