Recommendation for Sydney Barista class?

Hi there


Hi CSers - im looking for some help with a birthday present for my lovely older brother who lives in Sydney (I am in Melbourne) He lives around Newtown - and im wondering where is the creme de la creme of Barista schools?

Great to read all your posts and discussions - I hope I dont develop a coffee addiction from this place!!

Try Di Bartoli (see the list on the left of the page).
They run regular classes with former Australian and World Champion baristas.
