An ability gained as a direct result of too much coffee!

I would like to add to this thread as its as good a place as any to say what I have to say and that is........Congratulations.

I live in Sydney, i ordered and paid for my beans on Tuesday and here they are first thing this morning.

          Unbelievable.

You have restored my faith in humanity and in proffessionalism.

Seriously great effort. I am soo looking forward to testing the wares.

4.5 hours eh? Its at least 1.5 hours driving time so Ill have to work on trimming that record a little bit more!

I try very hard (too hard sometimes when Im packing after midnight) to ensure that all CSrs cannot find better service anywhere and always aim to provide the service that I expect (errr, maybe wish) from other companies. Sometimes your timing is just right, your order gets to me when Im packing, the courier was already called and enroute and I managed to get it packed before he arrived here (or in this case distracted him with coffee while I packed it) so it went with the existing orders and then must have had a good, smooth trip to you.

            Glad your happy though,

            Enjoy!

            Andy.

              ...and 7:30pm Tuesday at that!

              Enjoy the roasted beans Mazdan.

Im really happy with the relationships that we have with the freight companies now. Who ever you select in BeanBay are on-time and good value for the service they provide.

We are also adding some more freight options that should be cheaper for larger orders, the trade-off is they are slower but for some people that will be the best option.
