I am wanting to do some chocolate coated coffee beans to give to friends and family for Xmas. But having never done it before and being a green home roaster I need help.
What are the best beans? What is the best roasting level for them (light vs dark)? Which chocolate to use and how do you get it to coat the bean perfectly round and thick?
I would appreciate any tips andguidance.
