Been running some Brazil Naturals lately - recently my ISOMAC started on a 7 sec start - thought I tamped to hard then slowly started then just started fkowing creamy coffee pretty fast. I try to aim for a 5 - 7 start to get a good pour - but this was strange. happens all the time now....checking the puck looks fine, not soggy...maybe damp coffee or something similar ? Once I run a roast I will see if that is same.....just wanted to see what this is called or why it happens...slow start (thinking gonna have to pull it) then whoosh rich creamy coffee thick flow. way over 60ml for a double too.
Thoughts ? Nothing has really changed other that colder weather....
