  • In depth training??

    Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place or not, have not been on here for long.

I am wanting to undertake some indepth training on Espresso making that really goes into detail on all aspects of the process and equipment, from beans to taking apart machines / grinders, milk, art etc. Not just the usual few hour courses that seem to be easy to find.
Ideally a long course would be great, but I cannot seem to find one.

Any help pointing in the right direction would be great.

    Cheers,

If you are standing on the South Pole the direction will be North.

Otherwise, tell us where you are and we might be able to recommend something close by.

    P.S. Welcome to Coffee Snobs.

        Re: In depth training??

        Thanks
I am based on the far south coast of NSW which unfortunately limits my opportunities a lot!!

But saying that, I am willing and wanting to travel to take on such training, eg, Melbs or Syd.
Thats why I am after an indepth type thing that may take a while to complete, that way I can pack up move to what ever city and take on the training to take back to the far south coast..

        Thanks again for your help.

It might pay you to get in touch with Graham at Batemans Bay at Euro Coffee . He knows a heap about machines and I suspect would be able to help out with making an Espresso. Apart from that your up for a drive. Maybe also Attilio at CosmoreX in Canberra depending on your actual location.

good luck with it, its a bit tougher for those of us in the country
